Mr. Bhausaheb Gawali, Founder and Managing Director of Sahyogya Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., brings with him over 15 years of experience in Sales and 10 years in Solar Operations, Maintenance, and Project Liaising. His deep technical expertise, leadership vision, and dedication to operational excellence have played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success in the renewable energy sector. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Gawali is a passionate marathon runner and fitness enthusiast. He has completed over 100 national and international marathons, including the prestigious Comrades Ultra Marathon (South Africa) — successfully completing both the 90 km Downhill (2023) and Uphill (2024) races within the official cutoff time. He proudly represents India as a member of the Comrades India Team and serves as a Brand Ambassador for multiple marathon events across major metro cities. Mr. Gawali is also a dedicated social leader — a proud member of Lions Club International and President during the Centenary Year (2017–18) of Lions Club of Classic, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. He is associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and is the Founder of the Young Runners Foundation, where he trains and mentors aspiring marathoners. Under his guidance, more than 500 runners from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar have successfully participated in national-level marathons.
